Victor C. Turner, Jr.

Summit Hill legend Victor C. Turner Jr. 90 years of age passed away peacefully at the home of his daughter in Tuscarora surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Buffalo Mills Bradford County in the middle of a field on his parents farm the son of Victor C. Sr. and Mae(Crissey) Turner. Victor was also predeceased by; his companion of 40 years, Rita J. Caffrey; son, Victor C. Turner III; daughter, Rita Bennyhoff; sister, Ann Louise "Tootsie" (Turner) Tee; grandchildren; Kevin N. Machay and Elizabeth Turner; nephews, Pat Tee, Billy Haberchak.

Survived by; sons, Eugene Turner and his wife Sheryl, Thomas Turner and his wife Amy, John Turner and his companion Tonya, Robert Turner and his wife Lori, George Caffery and his wife Stacey, Jonathan Vasiliou and his companion Nina; daughters, Carol Neff, Georgiann Machay wife of Kevin, Shelly A. Troxell wife of Butch, Michele M. Calkins wife of Lee, Kathy Kromer, Roxann Sipler, Heather Sytnik wife of Frank, Jayne Turner and her companion Jack; sister, Shirley Moravek. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive Victor.

Victor retired from the Summit Hill Water Authority, and was Steward of the St. Gabriel's Club. He was a member of the Summit Hill and Lansford American Legions. If not walking the streets of Summit Hill, Victor enjoyed doing word puzzles.

Private services will be held with interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery Bloomingdale Summit Hill, Pennsylvania.
