Born in Wilkes-Barre on Sept. 26, 1978, he is survived by; mother, Teresa A. (Gueiss) Raudenbush and her husband Ryan of White Haven; father, Raymond D. Kratz and his wife Alice of Philadelphia; son, Raymond Kratz, Jr.; sister, Allison Croughn and her husband Nicholas of White Haven.
