Nathan Henry Johnson, 38 years of age of Allentown, Pennsylvania died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in Las Vegas NV.
Born Friday, January 2, 1987, in West Allis, Wisconsin. Nathan is survived by; father Henry Johnson (Marlene); mother, Virginia Ann (Soto) Stettmier (Michael); fiancée, Morgan DeLauretis and their daughter, Olive; sister, Amanda Padilla Marquez (Emanuel); and brother, Benjamin Johnson.
Nathan was a graduate of Battery Creek High School in Beaufort SC, Class of 2005. After graduation Nathan joined the United States Coast Guard, serving as a Machinery Technician from 2005 to 2012. Getting his PADI Scuba certification when he was only 12 years old, he later became a Commercial Diver and Instructor at International Diving Institute in Charleston, SC. At the time of his death, he was a proud member of the Carpenters Union 474 Philadelphia local, Wharf and Dock builders & Pile drivers working as a certified Hard Hat Diver for the last several years.
Graveside services, with military honors bestowed, will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Cedar Hill Memorial Park Cemetery located at 1700 Airport Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania at 1 o'clock P.M.
Afterwards, friends are welcome to join the family at the American Legion located at 1615 Sumner Ave, Allentown, PA from 3 – 5 pm to celebrate Nate’s life and share memories.
