Lynn A. Coll, 82, of Weatherly, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2026, at Forest Hills in Weatherly.
Born on March 18, 1944, in Hazleton, Lynn was the daughter of the late Charles and Mildred (Highland) Craigle. She grew up in a loving family, alongside her late brothers, Robert and Charles Craigle, and her late sister, Nancy Leininger.
Lynn graduated with pride from Weatherly High School in the Class of 1962, forming a foundation of lifelong friendships and cherished memories within her community.
In her professional life, Lynn devoted many years as a laborer for Bemis, where her strong work ethic and kind spirit left a meaningful impression on her colleagues. Outside of work, she was a faithful member of St. Matthew’s Church, finding comfort and community within her faith.
Lynn’s true joys were found in the simple pleasures of daily life. She had a passion for cross stitch, often spending quiet hours crafting beautiful pieces, and she delighted in the challenge of puzzles and Sudoku. Lynn also held a deep love for wildlife, demonstrating a gentle respect and appreciation for the natural world that inspired those around her.
Family was always at the heart of Lynn’s world. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward L.Coll, and her sons, Edward Coll and Eric Coll and her grandson Paul Weaver.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her surviving family: sons: Brian, husband of CJ Coll of South Carolina, and Christopher, husband of Kathleen Coll of Drums; her devoted daughter, Rene Weaver of Weatherly. Lynn was a proud and loving grandmother to Amanda, wife of Chris Sewell and Mark Weaver and a doting great-grandmother to Ryan, Rylee, and Hazel. Her legacy of love continues in the lives of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the many nieces and nephews who knew her warmth and kindness.
Funeral arrangements for Lynn A. Coll are under the care of the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street, Weatherly, PA 18255. A Memorial service will be held Monday, August 3, 2026 at 12pm from the funeral home. A visitation will be held from 11-12pm the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. Matthew's Cemetery.
