Keith David Tiley, 68, passed away at his home in Wellsboro, PA on Saturday, January 10th, 2026, with his canine companion Jack by his side.

Keith was born in Easton, Pa, and called the town his home for the majority of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Jean Tiley, and his sister Joy. We cannot forget to mention his best little buddy Captain, who shared 17 great years with Keith.

He is survived by his son, Esme Tiley Woodley and his children Mallachai, Jewel, Hexon and Pearl, and also by his niece, Diana (Scott) Latsha and her 3 daughters Taylor, Melanie and Chaise.

Keith loved his country, as was evident by his 20 years of military service. He served 3 years in the Army, 9 years in the Navy and another 8 in the Army National Guard. He was a Gunner’s Mate on the USS Patterson FF1061.Upon honorable discharge from the service, he followed in his father’s footsteps and became a commercial truck driver.Keith loved the outdoors and logged thousands of miles riding his bicycles over the years.

He also enjoyed kayaking and target shooting. He was a connoisseur of whiskey and music.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
