Josephine J. Willing, age 89, of East Broad Street Tamaqua, passed away peacefully, Saturday, August 9, 2014, at Hometown Nursing & Rehabilitation Ctr., in Hometown.
Widow of the late Thomas Willing.
Josephine was a 1943 Tamaqua High School graduate, and member of St. John XXIII R.C.C. of Tamaqua.
Josephine, had worked for the former Atlas Powder Co. of Reynolds for forty-three years, retiring in 1985.
Born in West Penn Twp., the daughter of the late Joseph and Justina (Sloboda) Moravek.
Survived by;
Sister:
Ellen Moravek Culver, Fremont, CA;
Brother,
Leonard Moravek of Colorado
many nieces, and nephews.
Preceded in death by sisters, Mrs. Vern Yuskauskas, and Mrs. Rose Getz; brothers, Robert, Paul , Vincent, Justin Moravek
