Jason M. Striny, 34 years of age, a resident of Barnesville, died on Friday, June 29, 2018, at home.
Born in Allentown he is survived by; his mother, Cathy (George) Russell of Frackville; sisters, Denise A. Yelito wife of Jason of Nesquehoning, Sonia M. Smith wife of Brian of Frackville, and Taylor M. Striny of Lancaster; niece and nephews, Ja’Shon, Landen, Alexis; paternal grand parents, Kurt and Gertrude Striny.
Preceded in death by his father, Kurt Striny.
A car enthusiast, Jason worked for many years with Barry Steinert in his Tamaqua garage. He liked to ride dirt bikes and 4-wheel. Jason like his dad, followed the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was a talented artist as well.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation services, Inc. of 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252. (570) 668-2550
A Time of Rememberance will take place on Friday July 6, 2018 at 4 o'clock P.M. from the funeral home. Friends may visit from 2:30 P.M. until time of services.
