Gary Paul Boog Balogach, 78, of Summit Hill, passed away on July 14, 2026, at his home.

Born March 26, 1948, in Lehighton, Gary was the son of the late Paul and Antoinette (Yuda) Balogach. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Josephine Balogach.

Gary worked as a contractor and mechanic and was known for his strong work ethic and pride in his craftsmanship. He enjoyed darts and pool and was a member of many local teams over the years. He was also an avid Dale Earnhardt fan and held him in the highest regard.

Gary is survived by his children, Christopher Balogach and his wife, Athena, of Jim Thorpe, and Kristal Balogach and her companion, Andrew, of Coaldale; his granddaughter and the light of his life, Kylia Goodall and her husband, Coleson, of Marble, North Carolina; and his great-granddaughters, Ophelia Mae and Kinsley Jo Goodall.

Gary will be remembered by his family and friends for the life he lived, the work he did, and the time he shared with those closest to him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
