Frances Ann Labanosky

Frances Ann Labanosky, 88, of Hazle Township, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Heritage Hill Senior Community in Weatherly.

Born on December 2, 1937, in West Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Gulas) Rajkiewicz.

Frances was a graduate of West Hazleton High School, Class of 1955. She was employed as an assembler at AllSteel.

Frances enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, especially tending to her garden, picking blueberries, and spending time with her beloved beagle, Molly. She cherished the time spent with her family and the memories they created together.

She was a member of Transfiguration Church in West Hazleton.

Surviving are her son, John Paul Labanosky III, and his wife, Veronica, of Beaver Meadows; a brother, John Rajkiewicz, and his wife, Mary, of Harleigh; granddaughter, Nicholene, wife of Brandon Jasper, and grandchild, Payton Jasper.

Also surviving are her nieces Rena Hanna and Janine Hill.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her grandson John Paul Labanosky IV, her companion, Ray D. Kirchdoerfer.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
