Mr. Ernest A Boerner, age 72, of New Ringgold, Pa., died Friday, February 10, 2006, at St. Lukes Miners Memorial Medical Ctr. in Coaldale, Pa.
Mr. Boerner was employed by Koch's Turkey Farm as a truck driver and by Schnieders Transportation in Greenbay WI.
He was a member of West Penn Fire Company and former chief of
Fire Police, Local Teamster and a
Navy Veteran
He is survived by his
Wife: Jean (Stahler) Boerner married 44 years,
Two Daughters,
Daughter-Mary Ann & husband Harold Fryer of New Ringgold, Pa.
Daughter-Jeanna Boerner and her financee Frederick Gradwell of Shenandoah, Pa.
Two Sons,
Son-Ernest III & his wife Terrra Boerner of New Ringgold, Pa.
Son-Edward & his wife Kelly Boerner of Tamaqua
Three Sisters,
Sister-Sandra Houser of Drums, Pa.
Sister-Delores Malazo of Hazleton, Pa.
Sister-Beverly Pareise of Hazleton, Pa.
One Brother,
Brother-William Boerner of Ohio
Preceded in death by his parents: Ernest D Boerner & Blanche (Herman) Boerner and brothers Edward and Robert
Seven grandchildren
Calling Hours will be at Robert S. Nester FuneralHome at 7:00 - 9:00PM Monday (2-13-2006) and Tuesday 11-12 pm (2-14-2006).
Funeral Service: Tuesday from the funeral home at noon with the Rev. Jennifer M. Oakes Officaiting.
Interment: Sky View Memorial Park.
Flowers may be delivered to the funeral home Monday from 11 am - 2pm.
