Dorothy A (Purcell) Herring, age 90, of Bethlehem, died Monday, May 21, 2012, at St Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem.
Widow of Donald J. Herring who died on August 26, 1998.
A 1940 Tamaqua High School graduate, Dorothy worked in sales until marrying and raising her son Scott.
She was a member of St. Jerome R.C.C. of Tamaqua.
Born in Schiulkill County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Purcell and the late Dorothy (Ditchey) Purcell-Hasson.
She is survived by her
One Son,
Scott D Herring of Red Oak, Tx;
Preceded in death by a sister, Mary Purcell; brother, Thomas M. Purcell
