Clifford Peter Swanson

Clifford P. Swanson, 77 of Jim Thorpe, PA, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025, at Maple Shade Meadows.

Clifford was born in Lynn, Massachusetts on October 5, 1947, to Henrietta (Wechter) Swanson and William Swanson. He was raised in Philadelphia, PA where he worked as a steamfitter for local union 420. After retirement, Cliff moved to Anaconda, Montana where he spent his time doing what he loved most, hunting and fishing. After almost a decade he returned home to Jim Thorpe.

Cliff was preceded in death by his parents, Henrietta and William and his grandson, Nathan Swanson.

Surviving is his son, Joseph, husband of Angela (Watto) Swanson and grandson, Benjamin Swanson of Jim Thorpe, and a brother David Swanson of Philadelphia, PA.

To honor Cliff's wishes, no services will be held.
