Born in Easton, Pa., he was the son of the late Charles E. Strouse and the late Johanna (Snyder) Strouse.

JoAnn Berry wife of Joe of Havelock, NC;

Beatrice Radosin of Doylestown, Pa.;
Four grandchildren,
Charles D III, Cullen, Bronson and Kody.
Preceded in death by his son, Charles D. Strouse, Jr. on 9-21-2010.
