Carol Ann Evans, 70, of Lansford, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2026, in her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on February 20, 1956, in Coaldale, PA, she was the daughter of the late James Evans and Betty J. Hall-Kassander. Carol was a dedicated HR associate at St. Luke's Hospital Coaldale, where she contributed her skills and compassion to the community.

She is survived by her son, Michael Mika of Lansford, and her siblings: John Evans, husband of Rose, of Summit Hill, and Gary Keller of Tamaqua. Carol also cherished her role as a grandmother to Jascelyn Mika, Brooklyn Mika, and Brodie Mika. Additional family members include her daughter-in-law, Jodi Mika, along with several nieces and nephews who were a significant part of her life.

While the family will hold private services at their convenience, Carol's warmth and spirit will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
