Bruce B. Behler, 67, of Tamaqua, PA, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Born on February 2, 1959, Bruce was the beloved son of the late Bruce and Mildred (Hosler) Behler.

A lifelong resident of Tamaqua, Bruce attended and graduated from Tamaqua Area High School, where he began forging the values and dedication that would mark his life. Bruce went on to serve his country as a proud member of the United States Coast Guard, carrying forth a sense of duty and honor that those who knew him will always remember.

Following his military service, Bruce embraced a career as an electrical engineer. He devoted many years to his work, earning the respect of colleagues and contributing his expertise with diligence and care. Bruce was an outdoorsman who enjoyed daily walks around the reservoir with his treasured dog, Tiny. He was an avid animal lover and talented artist. His intricate paintings showcased his adventures throughout life and the love and passion he had for it.

Bruce’s memory will be cherished by his family: his sisters, Tammy Eroh and Adeana Sakusky, and his nieces and nephews. Though he has left this world, the impact of his life and the love he shared endure in the hearts of those closest to him.
