Mary Kathleen Bednarik, 57 years of age of Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania died on Monday, February 7, 2022, upon arrival at Reading Hospital from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Rte. #61 Perry Township.
Born Saturday, October 24, 1964 in Lehighton, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Paul G., and Rose Marie (Higgins) Bednarik. Mary was also predeceased by a sister, Maria Theresa "Tessie" Bednarik.
Surviving are; companion of 18 years, Barry McKinny; daughter, Julia Bernadette Reinert of Tamaqua; brother, Paul Bednarik of Palmerton; sister, Rose Mary Plesniarski and her husband Daniel of Andreas; grandchildren, Penelope, and Owen.
A 1982 Tamaqua Area High School graduate, Mary enjoyed gardening, painting, cooking, baking and spending time with her family.
Mary was a free spirit.
