Dennis R. Neff, 78 of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania died on Friday, December 17, 2021, at home. Born Tuesday, November 30, 1943 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania the son of the late Earl W., and Eleanor L. (Sneddon) Neff. Dennis was also predeceased by; sisters, Dianne Hewitt; brother, Barry Neff. Surviving are; friend, Brian Haas; and extended family. A 1963 Tamaqua High School graduate, Dennis was an accomplished artist. Private arrangements entrusted to the E.
