Connie M. Provizzi

Connie M. Provizzi, beloved mother, grammy, sister, of Franklin Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton Campus at 78 years of age.

Born Monday, July 5, 1943 in Williamsburg, Virginia the daughter of the late Rex and Matilda (Warner) Simone. Connie was also predeceased by her husband, Raymond A. Provizzi on December 14, 2000.

Surviving are sons, William J. Provizzi and his wife Joann of White Haven, Raymond D. Provizzi of Weatherly and his fiancée Dawn Rodola - Johns of Wilkes-Barre, James D. Provizzi and his wife Kelli of Weatherly; daughter, Susan R. Kotansky wife of Wesley of Gilbertsville; brother, William Simone and his wife Rosie of Hazleton; grandchildren, Skyler, Olivia, Tristen, Alexis, Hailey, Chloe, Carter, and Chase.

A graduate of Hazleton High School, Connie was a member of Salem U.C.C. of Weatherly. A terrific mother, and grandmother, Connie was an avid reader, animal lover, enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, and word finds.

Connie will be deeply missed by many.

A Funeral Service will be at 11 o'clock A.M. on Wednesday May 25, 2022 from the funeral home, Rev. Sharon Frye to officiate. Friends may call on the morning of from 9:30 A.M. until the time of services.

Interment will be in Union Cemetery Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
